Terms of Sale.

1. Agreement:By placing an order through Carib Aerospace ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

2. What We Do:Carib Aerospace is a commercial aircraft parts brokerage. We source and supply FAA/EASA-certified aircraft components from authorized distributors, OEMs, and repair stations worldwide. All parts are sold with applicable documentation (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, trace-to-birth records).

3. Pricing & Payment:All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours from issuance unless otherwise noted. Payment is accepted via PayPal and bank wire. For orders exceeding $10,000, contact us directly to arrange payment terms.

4. Order Confirmation:After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number, itemized list of parts, and estimated delivery timeline. An order is binding once we send you this confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery:Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days (domestic US). Expedited: 1 to 2 business days. Priority handling is available for urgent requirements. Shipping costs are quoted with your RFQ response. Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin).

6. Cancellation Policy:Before shipment: you may cancel at no charge; email info@caribaerospace.com with your order reference and we will process a full refund within 5 business days. After shipment: cancellation is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping, and the part must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all documentation intact. Custom-sourced and priority orders are non-cancellable once sourcing has begun, as we have committed to procurement on your behalf.

7. Returns & Refunds:Parts may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all original documentation. If we ship the wrong part or a part that does not match the quoted condition, we will replace it or issue a full refund at our expense, including return shipping, with no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned part. For exchange-program parts, the core return must be received within 30 days or the core charge will be invoiced.

8. Seller’s Obligations, Delivery Guarantee:If Carib Aerospace is unable to fulfill your order (for example, the part becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed), we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked, no fees. If delivery is delayed beyond the quoted timeline by more than 5 business days, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the part ships.

9. Dispute Resolution:Step 1: contact us at info@caribaerospace.com; we aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Step 2: if unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Governing law: the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Limitation of Liability:Carib Aerospace’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price of the part(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to aircraft downtime, lost revenue, or operational delays.

11. Warranty:All parts are sold with the documentation and condition stated at the time of sale. Parts sold "As Removed" (AR) carry no warranty. Overhauled (OH) and Serviceable (SV) parts carry documentation from the repair station that performed the work. Carib Aerospace does not provide its own warranty beyond the documentation provided.

12. Intellectual Property:All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Carib Aerospace LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Changes:We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
